Track your order

Here you can find a short illustrated description on how to track your order in 4 easy steps.

Access to your account

1. Sign in.

To track your order, you have to log on to your account. For this, please select "Sign in" and enter your customer information.

2. Click on "My account".

Please select "My account" in the menu to go to your acccount.

3. Go to your order.

In your account, you can see your data als well as past and current orders.

See your order(s)

4. Click on your current order.

Select your current order from the indicated list. In the right column, you can see the status of the order.

5. Follow your order.

By clicking on the arrow at the right edge of the order, you open the extended information. You can view the progress of your order unter "Track your order".
